For the second time, we studied the use of SoMe by hospitals in Norway. Almost half of all hospitals can be found on Linked-In.

Below, we present the results of Swedish hospitals. Almost half of all hospitals (N=62) can be found on LinkedIn. Surprisingly, we did not find any hospitals on Facebook.

For the second time, we have studied the use of Social Media by hospitals in Denmark. We studied the websites of 71 hospitals, and expanded our search by including Facebook and LinkedIn.

Use of SoMe by hospitals in Austria

For the second time, we have studied the use of Social Media by hospitals in Austria. At the moment, 49 hospitals are on the list. Hospitals in Austria have discovered Youtube (14,3%) and Facebook (12,2%). Twitter is used by one hospital, a big difference with The Netherlands (32,6%) and the United Kingdom (21,3% UK).

Now it is time to present the results of Ireland. It appeared that only one of the 48 hospitals used SoMe.

This is the third update of the UK. The results are interesting: 21,3% of all hospitals is on Twitter, and the use of LinkedIn increased from zero to 40,6%. The results are in line with the results in The Netherlands.
